Slender Lip Fern

Common Name: Slender Lip Fern

Family: Pteridaceae

Description: This fern has finely divided fronds that are divided into tiny round segments. There are fine white hairs above and dense, rusty colored hairs below. The stalks are hairy. The edge of the fertile segment is rolled over the spore cases. It grows in shaded, dry cliffs and rock crevices.
